Click on Administration tab > Manage Site Settings > Reviewer Screen Settings
There are two setup steps that must be completed to activate the Auto Applicant Assignments feature.
- Step 1: Select “Yes” for the Automatic Assignment of Applicants setting in the Reviewer Screen Settings.
From the Home page > Select - Application Form Name > Click Manage Reports
- Step 2: Click on Create New Report in Ad Hoc Reports under the Manage Reports tab of a specific application. This report should generate data based on the same filter criteria conditions you will use to assign applicants to tasks.
