Add a Reviewer to an Existing Task Assignment
Home > (Select - Application Name) > Manage Applications > Assignments to Committees
If you have already assigned applicants and reviewers in a task and realize you want to add another reviewer(s) to that task:
- Select the task for which you want to add the assignments.
- Once the list of applicants displays, change the Show Applicants By option to Assigned Applicants (default is Unassigned Applicants.)
- Select the committee to which the reviewer(s) belongs.
- Click the box to the left of the name of each reviewer you want to assign to the selected task and assigned applicants.
- Click the box to the left of the name of each applicant you want to assign to the added reviewer(s).
Click the Save Assignment button to assign the new reviewers.
