Ensure that the section settings are matching with the applicant's status. The system displays the section based on the individual application status.
Below is the navigation to check the section settings.
Home > (Select - Application Name) > Application Settings tab > Section and Questions > Click on Edit icon (Small paper-pencil) beside the section name,
> Scroll down and get to the "Status(es)" area. > Select the status(es) for which you want to display this section and save.
Note: If your process doesn't follow the awarding process through CommunityForce, then you can select any other status, for example, Under Committee Review, Submitted.
