Add a Reviewer to an Existing Task Assignment
Home > (Select - Application Name) > Manage Applications > Assignments to Committees
If you have already assigned applicants and reviewers in a task and realize you want to add another reviewer(s) to that task:
1. Select the task for which you want to add the assignments.
2. Once the list of applicants displays, change the Show Applicants By option to Assigned Applicants (default is Unassigned Applicants.)
3. Select the committee to which the reviewer(s) belongs.
4. Click the box to the left of the name of each reviewer you want to assign to the selected task and assigned applicants.
5. Click the box to the left of the name of each applicant you want to assign to the added reviewer(s).
Click the Save Assignment button to assign the new reviewers.
