Decline Applicants in the Manage Global Applicant Referrals Report

If you are not using the automatic referral process and have determined the applicant is not eligible to apply to the application form, they have been referred to, you can decline an applicant and mark them as Approval Declined. If you decide later to approve the applicant, you can reverse the declined application and instead approve them.
To decline an applicant, search for the applicant, and then click the Select box to the left of the Application Name column. Click the Decline button. (Select multiple applicants, as applicable.)
The Add Comment window will display. Enter a brief comment related to the denial. By default, this comment will not display for the applicant but will display in the Comments column in the report. To display the comment for the applicant, click the box for the Show to Applicant option.
- The Approval Status of the applicant will change to Approval Declined.
- Any comments you entered will display in the Comments column.
