Export the Applicant Status Report to Excel
Home > (Select - Application Name) > Manage Applications > Manage Applicants > PDF(s) | Excel button > Export to Excel
To download an Excel file containing all applicants' information for a selected application, click the PDF(s) | Excel button and then select Export to Excel. You will be prompted to select a location to which you wish to save the file.
To download an Excel file containing only selected applicants, click the box in the first column to select each applicant you want to include in the file. Once you have selected the applicants to include, click the PDF(s) | Excel button to create and download the file.
Tips to quickly select applicants:
Use the Search button to narrow the list to applicants with a specific last name or who belong to one or more organizations.
Use the Filter button to narrow the list to applicants with a specific status and/or status detail.
