When you have created an application, you can add Request sections to the application.
Request sections are used if the applicant needs someone else to complete a portion of the application on their behalf. Request sections are not viewable by the applicant. This section type is usually used for Letters of Recommendation, for a Guidance Counselor to upload transcripts or other school records, or possibly to have a parent provide information.
When you create the Request section, (Home > Application Name > Applications Settings > Sections and Questions), the editor box in the section set up is used to enter the instructions to the individual requested to complete the section.
However, you also need to provide instructions for the applicant. These should be clear, detailed instructions to the applicant on the information requested, how to use this section and who the applicant should request to complete that section.
