What are Applicant Credentials?
Administration > Upload Applicant Credentials
You can create new or update existing user accounts using Excel or an XML import file. This Administration menu option provides the same import functionality available in the Setup User Accounts option - Import Users button.
Applicant credentials enable the CommunityForce system to identify each applicant and provide confidential access to individual applicant data. Credentials include the applicant's first, middle, and last names, email address, password, role type, and applicant ID.
