4.1 Tasks Setup
Review the tasks sheets that were cloned over
- Add or remove any questions that are to be included in this new application’s review process.
- Update any questions within the tasks that have date information to the current processes dates.
4.2 Committee Setup
Review the Committee information that was cloned over and make any needed adjustments to the committee members.
- Create user accounts for any new reviewers that will be sitting on this application’s committee review process. (see Module 2 – Managing User Accounts)
- Add your new committee reviewers to the appropriate committees in the Committee Setup.
- Remove any committee reviewer that are no longer on the committee in the Committee setup.
